Sugaree

Sugaree is an original acrylic painting on a repurposed 12" x 16" canvas — a love letter to the layer cake. A beautiful pink strawberry cake sits on a white turned-pedestal cake stand, proud and perfect — its exterior frosted in soft, textured pink, its interior revealed where a generous slice has been removed, showing pale lemon yellow layers separated by a bright strawberry filling.
