Snowman

Snowman is an original acrylic painting on an 11.8" round canvas — a winter’s day captured in one cheerful circle. Our snowman peeks in from the left with the most contented smile, carrot nose rosy at the tip, coal-black button eyes and cheeks flushed pink with cold, a bright red scarf wrapped snugly around his neck with fringe detail at the hem. His striped red and white candy-cane hat has been entirely swept to the right by the wind, its tip disappearing off the edge of the canvas — and in the swirling icy blue centre, loose white spirals suggest the wind still blowing, snowflakes dotting the air.
